Before the event, you will complete a short brand direction form. This gives your photographer clarity on your style, goals, and how you want to show up visually so your session feels aligned and intentional.

Because each photographer works with a limited number of attendees, sessions move with focus and intention. Attendance is capped to protect the quality of every shoot.
Before stepping in front of the camera, Spotlight and ShowStopper ticket holders receive quick, professional touch-ups to refine their look on the day. These touch-ups are designed to keep you polished and camera-ready, without changing how you look or feel.
When it is time to shoot, you will work one-on-one with a photographer who specializes in brand storytelling. You will receive clear direction so you know exactly how to stand, where to look, and how to move naturally in front of the camera.
