Event Captain (Lead Coordinator)
Compensation: $40/hour
Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Total Pay: $360
Location: Onsite at BrandShots Live (city-based events)
About the Role
The Event Captain is the right hand of the BrandShots Live experience—overseeing the full day’s operations, managing support staff, and keeping everything (and everyone) flowing smoothly. You’re the calm in the chaos, the voice on the walkie, and the go-to person for getting stuff done with grace and efficiency.
This Is Perfect for You If:
You’re the person everyone turns to when things need to get done. You’re cool under pressure, wildly organized, and born to lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the team: Manage and support all event-day staff (registration, flow coordinator, liaison, etc.)
Keep the day on track: Follow the run-of-show and make real-time adjustments as needed
Problem-solve like a boss: Handle surprises, fix hiccups, and ensure a smooth guest experience
Monitor event flow: Oversee setup, transitions, and breakdown to ensure everything runs like clockwork
Act as the point person: Be the liaison between the event producers, staff, vendors, and our featured pros
You Should Have:
Event or team management experience
Excellent communication and delegation skills
A calm, take-charge attitude (especially under pressure)
A proactive mindset – you see the need before it’s spoken
Bonus: experience in live events, photography, or brand activations

Photo & Glam Flow Coordinator
Compensation: $30/hour
Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Total Pay: $210
Location: Onsite at BrandShots Live (city-based events)
About the Role
The Photo & Glam Flow Coordinator is the behind-the-scenes rhythm keeper for the day. You’ll ensure guests move smoothly from makeup to hair to their scheduled photo sessions without stress or confusion. You’re calm, organized, and great at juggling a schedule with a smile.

You’ve got a knack for keeping people (and timelines) moving smoothly—and you can do it all with warmth and good vibes.
Key Responsibilities

Greet guests and direct them to makeup, hair, and photo stations

Monitor the glam-to-photo schedule and communicate with photographers and glam pros to keep things on track

Adjust flow in real time based on delays, early arrivals, or last-minute changes

Help calm nerves, offer encouragement, and keep the vibe relaxed and upbeat

Act as a liaison between guests and the Event Captain for any timing or flow issues

Assist with signage and minor area upkeep in the glam and photo zones

Participate in light end-of-day tidy-up or reset as needed

Registration Lead

About the Role
As the Registration Lead, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests—and you’ll set the tone for the day. You’ll check attendees in, answer basic questions, and ensure everyone feels welcomed and ready to jump into their BrandShots Live experience.

You’ve got a welcoming vibe, love being organized, and can keep things running like a well-oiled machine—even when there’s a line.
Key Responsibilities
Set up the registration table with signage, name badges, and materials
Greet attendees and check them in quickly and efficiently
Distribute any wristbands, badges, or welcome info
Direct guests to the correct area based on their ticket level or arrival time
Answer general questions and provide a warm, helpful experience
Track late arrivals or walk-ins and communicate with the Event Captain as needed
Tidy up and pack down the registration area once check-in is complete
You Should Have
Great people skills and attention to detail
The ability to manage a list and multitask under light pressure
A friendly, polished presence
Bonus: experience working front-of-house, reception, or event check-in

Guest Experience + Speaker Host
Compensation: $30/hour
Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role
The Guest Experience + Speaker Host is part concierge, part stage manager. You’ll float throughout the event to assist guests, offer support where needed, and keep the energy warm and welcoming. If speakers are scheduled, you’ll also help cue and guide them with professionalism and ease.

You’re a natural host with a friendly presence, quick timing, and an eye for anyone who needs a little help or hype.
Key Responsibilities
Float between guest areas to check in, offer help, and keep the vibe positive
Watch for guests who are lost, nervous, or unsure—and step in with support
Answer questions and direct people to the right location or person
Help cue speakers or featured pros before their time on stage or in the spotlight
Ensure speakers have what they need and wrap up on time
Keep tabs on overall energy and jump in where needed to smooth transitions
Assist with end-of-day guest wrap-up and help the team finish strong
You Should Have
Excellent people instincts and a polished, warm presence
Confidence handling light timing or speaker transitions
A flexible, can-do mindset with great communication skills
Bonus: experience in hospitality, event support, or as a panel or stage assistant

Social Media Content Assistant
Compensation: $30/hour
Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role
The Social Media Content Assistant captures the story of the day—from behind-the-scenes magic to big “wow” moments—and helps share it across our social channels. You’ll create short-form video, post Stories, and upload content in real time. You know what catches eyes online and how to make people feel seen through your lens.
This Is Perfect for You If
You live for capturing behind-the-scenes moments, know your way around Reels and Stories, and love telling visual stories on the fly.
Key Responsibilities
Capture video and photo content throughout the event (setup, glam, guests, speakers, etc.)
Post to Instagram Stories and/or TikTok throughout the day using our branding
Record short interviews or testimonials with attendees and vendors (with permission)
Work closely with the Event Captain and Glam Flow Coordinator to track timing and highlights
Save all content to a shared drive by the end of the day for post-event use
Suggest creative ways to showcase the event vibe and energy
You Should Have
Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and social video trends
Confidence approaching guests for content or quick interviews
A great eye for composition, movement, and natural lighting
Bonus: experience in social media management, content creation, or event recaps
