Your Role as a BrandShots Featured Professional

Photographers: You’ll capture high-quality mini-branding sessions for attendees, delivering high-impact images in a fast-paced, professional setting.

Makeup Artists & Hairstylists: You’ll provide light touch-ups and styling to ensure attendees look and feel confident for their professional brand photos.

Your expertise will transform their brand image and create a lasting impact, making you the go-to pro when they need full branding sessions, photoshoots, or styling services in the future.

Photographer FAQs

We’re expecting 100+ attendees, with multiple photographers working in rotation. You’ll have a manageable number of mini-sessions throughout the day, with breaks and support to keep things flowing smoothly.

You’ll be responsible for bringing your own backdrop and basic photography setup. We encourage simple, clean, professional setups—think portable backdrop stands, neutral or brand-friendly backgrounds, and minimal lighting such as a speedlight, ring light, or reflector.

We’ll provide you with your designated shoot space and make sure there’s room for your setup and a smooth flow of attendees. If you have specific space or power needs, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

The Rising Star and Spotlight ticket sessions are quick mini-brand shoots (approximately 5–10 minutes), while The Showstopper top-tier ticket sessions are extended 20 to 30-minute sessions. We’ll coordinate scheduling so you know what to expect in advance and aren’t overloaded.

Nope! You’ll deliver a lightly culled proof gallery (unretouched is fine) for each attendee to choose their included image(s). You’ll then fully edit only the images they select.

Absolutely! You’re encouraged to share your booking link, special offers, and follow-up packages with attendees. Many will be excited to work with you again—and we’re building in time and space for networking and follow-up.

You retain ownership of your work and grant attendees personal and business use rights for the photos they receive. You’re also welcome to use event images in your own portfolio and marketing. We simply ask for mutual tagging and shout-outs where appropriate!

You’ll receive:
✔ A $250 stipend
Lunch and full event access
✔ A vendor table option if you’d like to promote additional packages (optional with fee)
Marketing exposure on the BrandShots Live website, social media, and printed materials
✔ A 60/40 revenue split on any additional images sold post-event

Yes! You’re welcome to bring an assistant to help with gear, organization, or even behind-the-scenes content. Just let us know in advance.

Hairstylists & Makeup Artists FAQs

We’re expecting 100+ attendees and will be assigning each professional a manageable number of sessions. You’ll be part of a small team, working in rotation throughout the day to provide light touch-ups and basic styling support. You’ll also have regular breaks and plenty of time to network.

This is not full glam or bridal makeup—it’s light, professional touch-ups to help attendees feel polished and camera-ready for their branding photos. Think oil control, light foundation, blush, neutral eyes, tidy brows, hair smoothing or quick curls/tidy-ups. You won’t be expected to do full applications or complete restyling.

We’ll provide you with your designated shoot space and make sure there’s room for your setup and a smooth flow of attendees. If you have specific space or power needs, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Please bring your own kit with the tools and products you’re most comfortable using, including disposables, sanitation supplies, and any small styling tools (curling iron, straightener, light hairspray, etc.). We’ll provide a table, chair, and shared access to electrical outlets. Let us know if you have specific setup needs.

Yes! You’re welcome to bring an assistant for support or behind-the-scenes help. Just give us a heads-up so we can plan accordingly.

Of course! You’ll have opportunities throughout the day to network and connect with attendees. We encourage you to bring business cards, booking links, and/or brochures.

As a featured professional, your name and business will be included in event promotions, the BrandShots Live website, and social media. We’ll also shout you out in the lead-up and follow-up communications to attendees. You’ll gain direct access to an audience that values professional styling—and who may want to work with you again after the event.
