BrandShots Live is designed to make you feel prepared, supported, and excited for your big day. Here are the most common questions we get — with answers that’ll help you know exactly what to expect.
What if I’m not photogenic / hate being on camera?
You’re in good company. Many people feel that way before stepping in front of the camera.
Our photographers specialize in working with real professionals, not models. They’ll guide you with posing, expressions, and little adjustments that make a big difference. You don’t need to know what to do — we’ll help you feel comfortable and confident so your photos look natural and genuine.
Do I get to choose my photos?
Yes. After the event, you’ll receive a private online gallery to review your images.
You’ll choose your favourites based on your ticket level, and if you’d like more, you’ll have the option to purchase additional photos after you’ve seen them.
Can I upgrade my image package later?
Yes. Once you’ve seen your photos, you can upgrade your package if you’d like more images than what’s included in your ticket.
We’ll share those details after the event so you can decide once you’ve seen the results.
What if I can’t stay for the full day?
That’s okay. BrandShots Live runs on a clear schedule, so each attendee knows exactly when to check in for styling, their photoshoot, and the workshops.
You’ll get your personalized time blocks before the event, so you can plan around your session and still make the most of your experience.
What happens after the event?
After BrandShots Live, you’ll receive your proof gallery along with access to our digital Photo Usage Playbook.
